A few weeks back I spoke about a walking meditation, a traditional walking meditation that is practiced in many Buddhist residences. For many people who are just beginning with meditation it may have been difficult to put into practice.  Today I want to introduce beginners to a different type of walking meditation that may be easier to grasp, and can prove as a stepping stone to the more advanced method
