588: Losing weight with a Healthy Gut

Today I finish the week with another day of actions for a healthier life.  This week has all been about the gut.  At the beginning of the week we learned a variety of information that will help us understand how to be healthier by paying attention to healthier bacteria in our guts.

We all know that knowledge alone will not bring about any changes.  We need to take action on the things we learn.  That is why today I am going to give you more ways to shape up by taking the knowledge we learned throughout the week and now put it into practice.
