499: Tech Week: Using Technology to Connect the Sighted and the Blind

When I am my higher self I get excited thinking about the ways we are growing as a species.  I get excited knowing that we are traveling to the stars, curing diseases and using our minds to enrich the entire world.

Today I want to showcase an app that is uniting sighted volunteers with blind persons who could use some daily assistance.  The app is called Be My Eyes and it uses the video functionality of a smartphone to allow blind users to request help from sighted volunteers.

To find out about it fully, tune in to today's episode.
