Everyone knows that the fitness industry is huge in the United States, and likely in other parts of the world as well.  However, since there is such a massive interest that means there are multitudes of unscrupulous companies looking to profit on people's desire to be thinner and healthier.

To that end, the internet is littered with misinformation about health and nutrition.  Today I discuss the six most reputable and accurate sources of exercise and nutrition information.  Each of these resources are podcast hosted by fitness and nutrition professionals whose only goal is to provide accurate, topical and helpful information.

They are the next best thing to listen to after ZEN commuter.
