The biggest challenge to eating healthy is being unprepared. There is another quote that serves you in your goals.
"Those who fail to plan, plan to fail"
I am not sure who said it but it definitely is accurate. Many people, too many people here in the states, just rush around from task to task not thinking about eating. It gets to a point when they are just overcome with hunger. Then of course they are so ravenous that willpower and sense go out the window.
Today I want to talk about some basic tips for preparing your food for the week.
