210: The Physical Nature of Comfort - Comfort Week

" If you put yourself in a position where you have to stretch outside of your comfort zone then you are forced to expand your consciousness" - Les Brown

It is time to start thinking about the Spring, a time of rebirth.  Mother Nature does and so should you.  What do you want to change about your life.  Now is the time to think about it and what better way to start than to talk about the dreaded comfort zone.

All this week I am going to be talking about how to experience life more fully, more passionately.  That starts with a hardcore del dive into why you and most everyone wants to be comfortable.  But I am not stopping there.  This week I will talk about how to break through complacency.

Today is a primer on how we respond to physical comfort.
