1409: Meditation: Loving Kindness
The Coronavirus has changed the way we interact with each other, but it doesn’t need to impact how we care for each other. Whether we are in the midst of a health crisis or not the best way to maintain our sense of wellbeing and the wellbeing of others is to practice a Loving Kindness Meditation. Today I share that very thing with listeners wanting to help the world experience more compassion.
