557: How to Change Your View of the World to Positive: Understanding Confirmation Bias
It seems so logical, how you view the world determines how you will experience your life. If you feel like you are swimming in a cesspool how much joy do you think you will experience? Conversely if you are in a meadow on a sunshine day, what do you think you will realize? Your environment does dictate how you will feel day to day, but more so, your perception of the environment is even more critical. if you think the world is a crappy place filled with mean spirited people, not only will you take note of that, you will be miserable.
