937: Myths About Meditation - Start Your Practice Knowing What to Expect
Even though I am not a huge fan of the entire world feeling forced to start some new habits based on a calendar, I do know many people will decide to start a meditation practice. Regardless of the time of year, it is always a good idea to begin a practice. However, before you do, it's a good idea to know what meditation is by examining what it isn't. Today I will discuss some of the more prominent myths, along with my take on each of them.
