Last Friday I focused on defining exactly what I Ketogenic diet is. I went in to the research at the request of a listener. He and his wife wanted to know more about it so they could determine if it would be good for their health and fitness. I went in with no knowledge of the topic and actually wanted to know if it would be something that I could benefit from. While there are benefits of the diet, it is just that, a diet. Today I will talk about what the drawbacks and dangers are of a ketogenic diet.
