652: Free Up Time and Decrease Stress With One Simple Word: NO
Because we want so desperately to be part of a group, to align with our caveman brain, we try everything to fit in. We go so far as to say yes to anyone and everyone when in some cases we definitely have no desire to do whatever is asked of us.
No is a word that many people don't like saying. It may lead to conflict or confrontation, or it may lead not being liked. Whatever the reason, it is a huge cause of stress and lost time. Let's face it, how many times have you overextended yourself by saying yes when you really wanted to say no?
After today you won't need to. I am going to share with you a great article that will demonstrate the best way to say no without guilt or worry.
