610: How to Work Through a Tough Night of Sleeping

I am pretty sure that absolutely everyone has experienced a tough night.  What am I talking about?  Well, it could be waking up in the middle of the night from a bad dream.  It could be having a tough time sleeping, tossing and turning.  It may just be that when you wake up, you feel tired and out of sorts.

I had that happen the other night and I have a method that helps get me back up to speed with my usual happy go lucky self.  It's a good system so I am sure you will want to know about it.
