None of us demonstrate absolute self care all the time.  We might eat poorly one night or berate ourselves for doing something stupid.  Regardless, we never fully take care of ourselves.  Hopefully, until today.  On today's show I talk about the ways you can turn those bad habits around and finally treat your body with the respect it deserves.
