464: Misperception Week: I am Not Good Enough

Of course there are many beliefs that will not serve you.  However, in the midst of the myriad thoughts that you have that are limiting are three that really ruin a life of happiness and calm.  I am going to spend the rest of the week discussing each of them at length.  Today I will start with the most powerful, in a negative way.  I will talk about your belief that you are not good enough.

At the end of the show I will talk about how you start to chip away at that defeatist misconception.  Tomorrow I will discuss the hugest lie out there behind self worth; that you do not have enough.  Finally on Friday I will talk about one misbelief that the news media will tell you all the time; you aren't safe.

The cool thing about the series is that ends in time for you to head out into the weekend, ready to enjoy a few days off with a new attitude and belief structure.
