362: Challenge Week: A Complaint-Free Week

This week is all about stepping outside your comfort zone in small manageable ways.  Each day of the week I am going to have another challenge for you.  With each of these challenges I am not  just going to have you accept my word that they are beneficial.  I am going to explain how each one benefits you.  I will be using science and psychology to help you understand why I picked these 5 challenges.
