335: Barry Demp and Harry Che's Help Put Quotes into Action

There are hundreds of places you can go online to get inspiring quotes.  The trouble is that for many people that is where it stops.  They flood their minds and senses with the inspiration and quickly extinguish that fire and go back to their lives, no action taken

Today I want to introduce you to a writer, Barry Demp, who wrote a great blog post that talks about how to capture that energy of inspirational quotes to move you forward.  He guest posted on Harry Che's GoalsonTrack site and clearly has some great advice.
