It is the hope that you want your body and mind to last as long as they can. By that I mean function optimally, not limping along until your last day. That is the reason for exercising. to maintain a healthy body.
For some people though the ability to start an exercise program is difficult. Even if they do get it started there are times that it may be tough to keep up.
