286: Why Inspiration Needs to be Inspiraction

"Inspiration stirs us to want to be better, to see ourselves as better; to help heal ourselves and the world.  Yet without actions tied to those inspiring words they become lifeless.  Without positive movement inspiration becomes sweet, purposeless words" - Thom Walters

There are steps to capitalizing on inspiration.  Hearing words and quotes that stir our hearts are one thing but for words to have impact they must be followed up with action.  There are plenty of sources for inspiration, some around us and others online.

Regardless of the source, it is necessary to use those inspiring words to spur us to action.  Today I talk about the sources of Inspiration and what to do once you have it.
