"A house is not a home unless it contains food and fire for the mind as well as the body " - Benjamin Franklin
You spend a third of your life at least in your home. Doesn't it make sense that it should be a place where there is calm. When you come home at the end of the day you should be able to find sanctuary in your house.
This entire week I am going to focus on that very thing, creating a peaceful house, room by room. Today I am going to start in the bedroom. I will discuss ways to create order in the room as well as how to sleep better. You won't want to miss it.
