2017: Catherine Gregory - Mindful Resilience: Meditation and Multiple Sclerosis

Meditation has been utilized by many to ease the challenges of physical pain. Sometimes it’s incidental, and other times it’s chronic. Catherine Gregory, while diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, doesn’t suffer from it; she doesn’t allow that. She lives a vibrant life, thanks, in large part, per her own expression, to her meditation practice. Today she shares some lesser known facts about Multiple Sclerosis, and more so, how her meditation practice helps her understand all of life.
