1083: Buddhist Beliefs: You Might Not Know What Karma Really Is - Part 1
Photo by Jerry Kiesewetter on Unsplash
Meditation has very ancient roots, at least in the Eastern part of the world. In fact, some people believe that meditation was born as the precursor to Buddhism. I'm not sure which came first. All I know is that even though I do not label myself a Buddhist, many of the philosophies resonate with me, and help me live calmer. Since that is one of the goals of ZEN commuter, I thought I would spend this week talking about some Buddhist beliefs in a very manageable way. I get help from William Woollard, author of The Reluctant Buddhist.
