1066: Understanding Death Using Meditation
Prior to my Mom passing away almost two years ago, I thought her leaving this world would cripple me. I didn't perseverate on it, but in the times when I did think about it, I would end up sobbing, inconsolable. Today, while I still miss the ability to see her face when I talk to her, or the touch of her hand, I am calm. I feel her presence with me. I am still guided by here wisdom almost daily. My meditation practice has helped me get to a place of peace in regards to her transition.
