1019: Seven Ways to Add Variety to Your Meditation to Keep it Fresh

There are some things you do each day that you simply need to do, like brush your teeth or take a shower.  With both of those things you don't really see the need for variety in how you do them.  Meditation is different.  Your practice will hopefully continue daily for the rest of your life.  However, unlike a shower or teeth brushing, your meditation practice provides much more depth to your life.  It's important.  Thankfully, today I have 7 ways to do just that.
