1691: A Simple Reminder to Bring Back a Sense of Gratitude (R)

If we live in a culture of desire, grasping and attachment (and most of us do) then we will often feel like we are missing out, like we don’t have enough. And yeah, that leads to stress and misery (or suffering, as Buddhists name it). There is a simple remedy, find gratitude for what you have, instead of longing for what you don’t.

A great way to start is simple; just listen.
