1625: So Long, Social Media

To many people, the thought of disengaging from any and all social media is ludicrous. However, upon careful consideration, I am going to conduct an experiment for the month of January; no social media…at all. Lately I found myself losing some peace from scrolling through Instagram. Sure I followed some positive authors and thought leaders, but thrown into the mix of their posts were advertisements, negative reels and of course, some unkind comments and people. I will let you know how it goes.
