893: Embarking on a Spiritual Journey with Igal Harmelin
Igal Harmelin is a spiritual director and a meditation teacher. For the past forty years, his life has been dedicated to a committed spiritual search, enriched by his studies with a number of teachers. He has taught meditation to thousands of people on four continents and has spent years in extended meditation retreats.
At present he offers spiritual direction, teaches meditation, conducts courses on new approaches to practical religious life, and translates select Jewish texts on religion and spirituality from English into Hebrew. He now lives in New York City with his wife, Rabbi Lisa Goldstein.
